Today 11/10/22 I went into BB again around 6pm to do the same deal but this time I'm getting the S2+ 256GB. The rep who helped me was very knowledgeable did everything correct. Accept one part, that I fail to mention the T-MO upgrade. So after the receipt was printed out and I compared with my old receipt. I didn't see the add'l $250. I showed to the rep the comparison. She was so helpful, she canceled the whole transaction and redo the entire thing again! Here's the breakdown:

The second transaction I didn't mention about the upgrade so I guess I lost that add'l disc. But after clarifying I want to upgrade a line. I think that is where BB rep go into your phone account and upgrade whatever line you chose. From there the bundle T-MO $250 disc kick in along with all the saving.

Did this today in store. Bought a renewed S21 2 days ago from Amazon received it today and went in store and 20 mons later I left with an unlocked S22+ and a $38ish GC. Only thing I thought was weird is that they asked for my ID and took my thumbprint. Did anyone else have thumbprint taken.?

Yes - ID, thumbprint, and fill out a few boxes on a form for the police. I think it's to deter people selling/trading in stolen phones. Maybe it's state-specific.

Yes, I want the 256GB S22+ but they are out of stock in store, so the rep ordered the phone and ship to store for pickup next week.
