It still works. Trading in my s21 right now. But 256gb model is all sold out so hurry in for 128gb s22+. Tmobile activation seem to still be valid.

Edit: walked out with $200 gift card.

By exchange I meant exchanging for the same model (if the original phone had a defect or something). For a different model they could very well end up doing it as a return then rebuy which meant you lose the coupon value.

Shouldn't there be additional $250 from tmobile for upgrade. I read from the other folks that the s22+ unlock rings as $750, then there is additional $250 off when upgrade the existing tmobile line. Hence $500 before the trade-in.
