I think it shows some like sweaty cotton. Or they work in a climate controlled environment. I know some love wool but even rei wool socks aren't as good at keeping my feet comfortable as these.

I gave up on Adidas socks. Wear out way too fast. 6 months tops for the ones that are always on sale. My Nike socks last twice as long.

I had a pretty bad arch injury and these were the best socks I could find that helped me walk better. They are really well cushioned in the arch. One of the socks did develop a hole which sucks, but the rest are still good.
