You'll likely only get one of the two. I've ordered this three times, each time it pops up and have only gotten one of the "two pack". Amazon automated chat has refunded me each time so I'll give it a try again.

Ordered 4 back on Aug 28th when it was FP last time. Received the correct 4 boxes of 48 portions (2x24 portion). Ordering another 4 as this price can't be beat.

Gah! Of course I have the one cat in the world that doesn't like seafood. Was really hoping the turkey and chicken pack was on sale as well for this price. Oh well, great for most people!

Purina and Iams are full of nondigestible cheap filler like corn and less nutritious ingredients like by-products of unknown origin that are illegal to be fed to humans. You may be shortening the life of your felines or dooming them to horrible diseases by feeding this garbage. They are significantly below average when it comes to nutrition. Cats cannot digest grains and corn. They are not cows.
