After dealing with so many leaks from salad dressing, oil, sauces of any kind— I think I have to get some with snap lids.

Poor joke. I have the same issue. Snap ones work best for any kind of liquid. I like these because they are glass.

There are cheaper pyrex lids on Amazon...but still not cheap cheap / valid argument to just buy a new set.

If you only need lids, look up "silicone lids for bowls and food covers" on Amazon. They last forever and are versatile. I stopped buying these pyrex containers cuz the lids don't last long these days. Company is always looking for more revenue Smilie

Bad to me, as after lids are broken, it is unusable, and since lids are almost as expensive as buying new set, the containers become junk in cabinet.
