You get max $15 bonus - ie 2*$50 cards for same account. Anything above will not get bonus for the same account.

Couldn't I make 5 accounts?

I've never bought these gift cards before..do you just use them like normal gift cards on the Home Depot website?

No. Per Chase account.

You get a gift card to use at the vendor of your choice, just like any other gift card.
