Same thing except it doesn't have a heatsink (used to lower temperatures on the M.2). If you're planning on using it for the PS5, I highly recommend getting one with the heatsink.

Thanks for heads up, ordered one by creating account on Samsung and just select Education Offers Program from top drop down menu on drive page, without entering any information whatsoever... Gave me same $161 price.

If you have the tools for it already then sure, but if not save the trouble and get yourself the one without it. I believe you need a P5 screwdriver and a plastic pryer
