If this is true I wonder if it's because of gray hat sourcing (big sellers like Pharmacapacks are guilty of this) or if sold by amazon includes commingled inventory (mixing with other sellers). Or maybe reselling returns that were swapped?

The 55 dollar Pro is slightly faster, but that extra speed can only be used with their special USB microSD card reader. For a smartphone with a standardized slot, I doubt you'll get any higher speeds (even though it is a Samsung device)

I got this card last year from amazon, i used it a few months later, 1st try and it was dead, DOA. O always got the grren evo selects that are slower and never had issues with them. So just sharing, if you can get it from samsung itself. Though i have to say i scrutinize my sd card so well and it looks very legit to my eyes from the packaging to everything, all the fine prints looking sharp and clear etc.

And ofcourse never get amazon warehouse. I got a usb c cable extender from there, i received a used hdmi cable

The cheaper card is listed as 130 Mbps Read/??? Write. The more expensive card is 160/120.

So the question is this - are you going to be reading and wiriting a ton? Especially 4k video? If not, save yourself a picture of Alexander Hamilton.

You won't by looking at it - but the card will say 512GB - and when you write 10GB, it may be full - then when you write the 11th GB, the drive will overwrite what you put on it before - so you've effectively lost what you put on.

Samsung will have their own sale in the next week or two - may be worth waiting for that - just for this reason. The prices are the same - no Prime, but you should have quickly.
