This is absolutely trash. I received this as a gift a couple of months ago. While placing on a table, the decanter slipped off the holder ever so slightly and rolled on the table, and off broke the glass ship inside. Couldn't get even one use out of it. Shitty quality!

Never heard of putting whiskey in a decanter... is that even a thing?

Cant imagine any amount of air will ever make a shot of whiskey taste any better!

You can make it spin manually., I have the set with 4 glasses and it I only put enough for the party or keep it for a few weeks.. the one I have is air tight

I'm sure it's old-timey faux-dapperness appeals to some people, but it's probably made of cheap softwood, poorly stained to look like nice hardwood and thin glass.
