I picked one up. I had bought the Space set at Costco for $40, and it has 1700 pieces. This is an even better deal. I'm considering still keeping the space set since it is still a great price per brick, and has a different variety of pieces.

I did the same but I am returning my space set to Costco.

Yup, I just confirmed that this is the case. Please update thread OP. Free trial can't be used for this.

Did you read the thread? STARTING 11/14 At 12pm EST For Walmart+ Members (and 7pm for non-members)
Did you read his comment?? Oh the irony of calling out someone for not reading...he is 100% correct. Free trial of W+ cannot be used for this. It requires a paid membership.

What's the difference between this and the other 1500 piece sets? Such as: https://www.amazon.com/LEGO-Class...6e4cdc8f10

Bigger pieces in the 10717 set? Obviously I wouldn't pay the third party price but for comparison.
Bigger pieces are a lot more useful.

I hate how all of these come in so many colors. It's intentional to make it so that my builds can't match. I built a "Ice Castle" to go with some frozen characters for my daughter and it had like 4 different shades of blue!

Good price per part. 1.6 cent per piece.
Walmart has had this set on sale the past 2 black Fridays and they never sell out.

According to reddit, the 10717 set has more variety of bricks. Basically they said if you're going for numbers/bulk get the 11011 set, but if you want more complex options the 10717 is a better set for that.

Where is 10717 for sale for a reasonable price?
