So I my case I've been ready to switch to TMobile from Verizon and I'm seeing "new lines get a $300 Costco shop card" and I'm wondering if I bring my two note 20s over if they will still give me $600 in cards or do I need to buy new devices?
I did the same last year and planning to do this again now. You can switch and keep your note 20s no need to buy new device to get $600 cash card. Need to wait 14 weeks.
BTW if you have device balance on your note20 you can submit rebate request for device payoff.

Thanks. They just got paid off this month. The guy at Costco said something about a free third line.
Heads up. A friend of mine has att with free hbomax and they upgraded their plan. The sales associate did not mention that the new plan did not include hbomax.
Ugh. 36 months now? If the phones even lasted 36 months that might not be so bad, but how many times have batteries or other components (only under a 2 year warranty) failed before the 3 year mark?

…and updates that slow your phone down after a year or two.
No new line needed. I just upgraded one line. Head to tmobile website and you should see all the promos for the phone you want. There is one called "Get up to $400 off with trade" for iphone 14 pro.
You pick the phone to buy, specify the phone you want to trade in then the system will tell the value under the promo, then check out, wait for shipment. Just ship the trade-in phone within 30 days you are done. 24 months bill credit.
Looking at the ATT+Samsung promo, I see that there is a cash card per line. But im not sure if that includes trade in as well. Any experience with this new promo?
I am looking for S22+ via T-Mobile but I cannot find any trade in details on tmob offer. Any one figured this out ?
Best Buy has been running enhanced TIV (trade-in value) promotions for the S22 phones for months, and they'll allegedly continue to do so until at least Dec 11th. The promotions change each week. Last week's was an insanely good deal on the 22+ model. If you're not in a big hurry to upgrade, keep watching their promotions (they usually change on Mondays), and another good 22+ deal will likely happen in the next few weeks.

I've used all of my previous iPhones for about 3-4 years. The only phone that struggled to get past 2 years was my Motorola Droid phone which was pretty much near death at the 2 year mark.
Not that I'm supporting these terrible trade in "deals". I'm just saying that I have not had issues with my iPhones dying or falling apart within 3 years. The newer models hold up even better. My old XR had a good couple of years left in my opinion, and it was a 4 year old phone.
