Any recommendations on how to listen to this? I would guess the point is to listen analog, but so many new record players just seem cheap and I'd like to have the best listening experience possible..for under $500?

No reason to waste money on the LP60X when the LP120X is in his price range. Night and day difference between the two turntables. The LP120X is a fantastic knock off of the legendary Technics SL-1200 (which costs over $1,000) and is worth every penny.

Forget the LP60X, the LP120X is fantastic and well under $500.

He said 500 max. I was choosing the less expensive option to get a better AR and speakers if we're going to be pedants.
