I have not posted a deal in a very long time. So be kind.
I just checked Best Buy and they are matching the Google store's $100 off the 7 and $150 off the 7 Pro deal.
They are also now offering 460 Trade-in for my iPhone XR.
That makes the Pixel 7 $499 - $460 = $39
And the Pixel 7 Pro $750 - $460 = $290
This is a better deal on the 7 compared to the Best Buy Pre-Order Deal. It's arguably a better deal on the PRO Pr-Order deal if you don't value the gift card as much as cash. But let's not debate that here, please.
I am personally on the fence with the Pixel as my car only supports Apple Car Play.

I traded in my Google pixel 6 pro yesterday for the 7 and after taxes, I'm getting a $9 credit back but I ordered 128g instead of the 256g.

I traded in my pixel 6 for a pixel 7 pro at best buy yesterday. Have Verizon. The monthly trade in rebates fully offset the monthly payments for the 7 pro. Does require one of the more expensive Verizon plans

I ordered Nov 17th at about 9pm CST. No shipping update yet. Pending remote fulfilment. The payment fell off my credit card so I contacted Straight Talk via chat on Monday and they said I would be charged when it ships. They didn't have an idea when it would ship because it is an external resource. Now after reading many comments I am under the impression that even though the phone comes in and out of stock that they are not in possession of the iPhone and potentially acquire them "on demand". Or as soon as they can...

Upon further investigation I can see that I have a pending shipment listed on UPS.com from "COOPER GENERAL - DIRECT SALES" which appears to be a massive phone restoration warehouse. It is possible they have the phones from the looks of the warehouse depending on how many of the 500,000+ people who have viewed these recent trade in deals purchased 1 or more.

You take the phone into the store because you’re not actually getting a $500 gift card (but the website doesn’t understand). I traded in my iPhone 11 and they processed it in store as about a $200 GC and they use a coupon to lower the sale price. I left with a pixel 7 and a $15 GC.
