You'll get charged the full price + taxes when making the order with a trade-in online. When you go in-store to pick up the new phone and trade in your old phone, they'll refund you the difference and with that, your taxes will also be adjusted according to the final price.

Source: I traded in my Pixel 6 for a Pixel 7 a month ago at Best Buy.

Please check again. These are the old trade-in values. They are now offering $460 for the iPhone XR.

Can you trade in 2 phones in store at the same time and get 2 new pixels? I know that there is
a limit of 5 trade-ins per person every 12 months and a limit of 3 trade-ins per day for the same device if I'm not mistaken but would like to know if anyone had any problems.

I had $5 rewards so when applied it made it under $40 total. The price charged to CC initially is full $499+tax, then once trade in is processed it gets refunded the difference according to receipt values.
Weird thing was when I tried applying store credit it was reducing the full price of device first ($700-x amount on store credit) making it pointless using it online, it could be different in the store but I would double check the totals before final check out.
Get the bigger storage p7 pro. It will be more than 750
