Did you take out the sim card?
Didn't look like I could view any of the phones info (IMEI & model #) without the bare minimum of setting them up with WiFi access.
Should I leave them like that to take & trade to BB so they can easily see that info ? ..... & after they confirm re-set them right there on the spot before handing them over ?.
Or am I missing something ? & there is another way for them to see IMEI & model # with them completely re-set prior to my gong in there ?.

https://imazing.com/ is also great.
I checked my Best Buy order page when I got home and it now says that the price for the phone was $149, the trade in was $110, and the price after tax was $42.41. My credit card still has an outstanding charge of $542.66, but I'm hoping that changes in the next day or two.
I ordered another one of these for my wife, but the "pickup by" date went to Friday. Given the weird trade-in method, will this still be honored on Friday if the deal expires before that? When does the deal expire, anyway? (The BB page shows 10/23, which is obviously wrong.)
Anyways, deal sounds like it's good till 11/26 at least that's what it says on main page of Black Friday deals "Products offered subject to change. Prices valid during, but may begin before and end after, the sale dates. Limited quantities. No rainchecks."
$50 phone price (after instant rebate when ported, get a Boost number from eBay for $5).
$60 plan.
$20 activation fee.
$3.5 tax (7%).
= $140.
If anyone wants two phone, the plan will be $90 total, instead of $120.
So fo two, it's $250. Around $125 each.
iPhone 11 trade-in value is 525 at Bestbuy, 484 at Google.
*Metro authorized dealers tend to add extra features. Politely deny. Even if they insist, it will not be more than $150 per phone. Make sure auto-pay is off and stop paying after the first month. These phones will be automatically unlocked after 6 months, even with just one month's payment.
