I still have to wait for what shows up on my credit card in a couple of days because it's still just showing the original pending charge of $500 something.
My XR trade in did not work for in store pickup/trade in at Bestbuy because it was a refurbished phone.

I have a vague memory that the last shipment I got from "Cooper General" sat in the "label created" state for a few days, and then the morning of delivery it suddenly updated as being out for delivery and all of the previous steps were populated as well.
I'm guessing they may be grouping multiple shipments together and they aren't scanning them properly until it arrives somewhere close to the delivery point, then it backfills all of the data.
