PS for those complaining its to thick. Use water instead.
Rule 1 having their 5lb whey concentrate blend at $48 is another one. Which is owned and run by the original owners of Optimum before they sold the brand to one of the actual biggest protein producing companies like 10 years back. Pretty good today's market deal too imo if you are only chugging down a serving or 2 a day (cholesterol is a touch high otherwise).

Yes. Because it's easy for me to bust open my container of chicken vs a protein shake when:
-I'm in an ambulance on the way to a call
-Driving (harder to eat) to/from job/school
-At school and have a shaker cup vs a giant piece of chicken in my side pocket of my pack
Also, are those chickens you're talking about the ones that have breasts 5x the size as normal chickens because they're pumped full of steroids and antibiotics? You know, like nature created?
