You can only optimize so much for weak hardware. Not to mention it's always going to be a burden on developers having to make two versions of their games.

Weird, I wonder how PC games can be made so that they run in minimum spec hardware and yet also look amazing on recommend spec hardware?

If only there was a way that this console could have the same architecture as a PC does. Utilizing resolution scaling and dynamic graphics.
