Everyone should have one of these kits at bare minimum, tow strap alone will get you out of some shit in the winter or someone else. Also if you have wheel locks make sure you have the key and make sure the key works otherwise get them off.

Everyone should have these supplies, but please don't buy this cheap crap. Get some good quality items particularly the jumper cables (or even better a portable battery jumper).

I am sure it's crap but sometime crap is better than having nothing. I have two kit bags in the back of my SUV in the winter with almost everything you could need but most people just sail through life thinking that when you call AAA or some other service they are actually going to come.

If your options are this or nothing. Then yeah this is better. But people would be better advised to save the $10 and put it towards better stuff.

90% of people won't and that's the problem, as soon as it gets past a certain price point they will just go with nothing so when things go south and no one shows up they basically have to hope someone like us shows up or they know someone like us.

16ft, though 20 foot is better

These cables are only 8ft, 10 gauge, better than nothing but garbage to begin with

What gauge would you recommend? Thanks!

Depends on the vehicle, 4 gauge is good, 2 gauge better, the thicker the better
