According to this page it is $10 to go from PS4 director's cut to PS5 director's cut. And $30 to go from PS4 standard to PS5 directors cut. Scroll all the way to the bottom.

No if you want to upgrade to the ps5 version digitally check the playstation store the upgrade might be on sale
