Chase Offers currently has a 20% cashback offer at Kohls. Max is $20. Expires 12/02/22. Can be used instore and online. Works on gift cards if purchasing instore.

This was listed under my Freedom card. Unavailable on my debit and Slate cards.

YMMV as always with these credit card offers.

I got this promo on 3 of my Chase credit cards. Headed to the store and made three separate purchases of $100 for various gift cards (Southwest Airlines, Chipotle, Taco Bell, etc). Got notification emails from Chase for all the transactions within 10 minutes of purchase.

Bottom Line: $300 in gift cards for $240. They had a bunch of Apple gift cards but I'm a Samsung guy or would have jumped on them. Very rare to have the opportunity to get a 20% discount on Apple products.

Planning to purchase an iPhone. Could I buy 8 $100 Apple GCs in multiple transactions and make a purchase with it saving about $160?

Yes -- you can load up to $2000 in Apple GCs to your Apple account balance (plus redeem another 8x GC codes on top if needed for a bigger purchase if things haven't changed)

Easier to order iPhone online for shipping or store pickup -- not sure if paying directly in store is an option with Apple account balance

Probably but depends on the cashier -- if the store isn't that far then I would try 4 to see what they say during each trip (if its a long drive then try all 8 to see what they say)

I only did 2 and the cashier didn't care -- he did mention that they were selling more GCs than usual so I told him its a Chase bank promo so he'll probably have more people coming this week
