Incredibly underwhelming reviews for a "$2300" monitor.

I have been tempted, but the QC and issues everyone keeps are a huge red flag for a $1500 monitor :/

I'm planning on getting this. The OLED Alienware is the one I'm debating between. Basically, if you're a competitive fps gamer this one probably isn't the best. But if you're looking for a more immersive experience then I think it can deliver that. Not sure what people are talking about with underwhelming reviews. They sound good to me. Check rtings for more info.

For the size, just imagine two 16:9 27" monitors side by side. That's basically what this is, with a curve and no bezel down the middle.

Same price at Samsung.com if anyone is interested.

I was in the market for this monitor but people have various issues that just don't justify the price tag for me. I also only have a 3060ti which can only run a handful of games at 240hz at the lowest settings.

I bought this monitor at launch and love it. It is definitely not without issues, so if you buy one go through all new monitor tests and exchange it right away if you spot an issue. I went through two separate monitors before I had no issues with my third one.

Like others have stated the Alienware OLED is another great option and if you like to be overkill the Samsung ARK is an interesting option. If you work on your home PC the Samsung is awesome for productivity.

They've had QC issues since day one. I bought the CHG first gen 32" and the only reason its still alive today is because I know how to solder. I paid $800 back then. I've closely monitored their 32" and 49" offerings for ages, and every generation has the same issues, blooming, dead pixels, etc.
