FYI: I just purchased the cheapest just "smart watch" from Amazon... Didn't even open the boxes... And got the full credit. They don't have the one I bought anymore, but something like this for < $10

I have an Amazfit BIP that's 6 years old. I messaged the Samsung chat expert to make sure it qualified, they said yes. I asked about the Xiao mi band 5 and they said no. just ask the chat person to confirm if your watch qualifies.

They will send you an email with a prepaid return label when you receive your new watch. You can use the same box. Make sure to take plenty of pictures and videos of the trade in watch though.

I called and the fixed it but I feel like they automatically deny every item in hopes that people won't bother or notice. 🙄

Compared to watch5, pro is considerably heavier (almost 10 gram more), bigger battery. It can go 3-5 days on single charge.
Pro comes only in 46mm size, watch5 has 40mm & 44mm options. Its a personal choice. I would prefer watch5 44mm over pro. Here are some comparisons to make your decision simple:
