I then stopped using it for a bit and only kept it in backpack, 2 weeks later when I turned it on and try to use it again, the wheel stopped working, I had not dropped my backpack or anything, only daily commute with it in a car.
Therefore, I would not recommend this product for it's quality and reliability.

Edit: To clarify, I've been using a M720 for full time office work for a few years now and it works great. I also have a Logitech MX Master 3. I like the ergo and feel of the MX Master 3, but for some reason, they put the device switch on the bottom versus the easy to reach side on the M720. With Logitech, you can also take advantage of the Flow app.

This Microsoft Mouse is really great. No issues. Feels premium and confortable.
