My receipts were approved less than 10 minutes after I approved them, but their website is garbage. I couldn't load the pages to redeem my credits on any desktop browser. I finally was success on mobile, but even that required several tries.

also wonder if you could return for store credit, walk out, then buy it with store credit for new reciept.
The movie is "Antman..." and is a Disney movie as stipulated on the promo. I do NOT see any exclusion for 3 D which is what I selected to purchase. Has anyone had success using their codes on Antman and or a 3D movie by Disney? (I did call Fandango yesterday and tt the csr, she made no mention of a reason for the codes not working but escalated the issue. They are to get back to me by email within 3-5 days. Tt them again after they sent me an email saying the code has to be used for movie tickets csr said just ignore that email reply. and that someone supposedly was looking into the issue.....but seriously how could it take more than 24 hrs to look into something ths simple?
So if anyone has had an issue plmk what happened next. Ty!
