Asics run snug on me until I break em. But I would say get .5 size more.

These are perfect for in the house shoes. I have a similar pair (GT-2000) I wear when I WFH at my stand up desk. Might pick these up for basement work shop (cement floor). Good find OP.

historically, their Gel line runs fine, their Tiger line was ridiculously small. That said, the red bottom at the back is not for me.
