FYI Vera Tools, the 3rd party seller in this case, sells used and returns but marks them as new.

$93 is a good price and it's not worth paying extra for the brushless versions. The impact is weak (though electrician said he was using it *because* it would not overdrive). Bosch's 12V ecosystem is limited, especially compared to Milwaukee's.
They're very comfortable and ergonomic. The batteries have long shelf-life (low self-discharge).
This drill had long been wirecutter's recommendation but has been supplanted by DeWalt's 12V Extreme[amazon.com], and as much as I love my PS20/PS21 pocket driver, I agree their time as passed and I'd look elsewhere if you're starting a tool collection.
I have this set from a few years ago, different seller. I tend to use it more then my heavy duty 18v setup because it's light, and has plenty of power for most jobs.

Ordered one for my motorhome, so I would always have it. Ordered yesterday, came this morning, various seller options. Got mine directly from Amazon, no third party.
Amazing little drill and driver at an amazing price.
I have the two drivers version for about 10 years, very comfortable to use around the house. I use them more than my big DeWalt tools. I just bought this set from previous deal at $89, as a spare, especially with two new batteries.
Picked this same set up off Amazon for $89 a couple months ago. I already had the drill, so I sold the extra for like $45. Mainly wanted the set for the batteries and the impact drill. Very happy with it all and the quality is great.
Understood. But, 2 tools and batteries and charger, you can then get the compact reciprocating saw and just set up the sawing point at your hip and *lean* on it, it's effortless. Those rifle size and shape one, have the saw point so far forward with such long blade, it shake you silly and give you a real workout just trying to hold and control it! So I recommend this route..plus the brushed version sold and shipped by amazon? confused..
Thanks, I've been looking for something to saw my hip with.
