We do not need a new thread every time it is in stock again.
Stock gets replenished, they were out of stock in cambridge (boston) as well but then again in-stock for a few days and now oos again.

I used it in an external enclosure.
While write speed is ok the read speed is weirdly slow...
Attachment 12454384
Compared to the silicon power 1tb p34a60 in the same exact enclosure in the same laptop/same type c port.
Attachment 12454387
Unless there is a better deal on a 2TB drive I might keep it... but I am not sure...Sacrificing speed for storage space...

Crazy good price for a very low end SSD! Should work for lots of people just fine - don't forget to backup to magnetic spinners since flash is mostly unrecoverable if it dies!

The question is with reliability and support.
Reliability is on how crucial your data will be. This only 400TBW. Others would have at least 1000TBW. 400W is fine for 5 years though.
Though with video editing, using it for installing apps would be pretty okay. But for copying/storing your stuff, I'm worried about the sustained write speeds and there's hardly any reviews. The DRAM is yes or no also. Try to scour Amazon reviews for this.
