Yours was delivered on 12/27. The email from Fi means the warehouse officially recorded it as "received" and start the inspection process. You probably won't get that email until Jan 10 or 11, since yours was delivered 6 days after mine.

UniqueAction5216 shows his was delivered (marked by USPS) on the 27th too and marked received today by Google . Now that the holidays is over... its been running about 10 days so hopefully the 7th or 8th, I think my 2nd stmt gets generated on the 10th so it would be nice if to get it processed before that. I think its reasonable to expect it a few days before the 10th or 11th. Nothing is guaranteed. But if they got to some of the 27ths today , maybe I will get lucky tomorrow.

Anyone traded in an iphone with back cracked/broken ?
Their Trade in screen does not ask for back condition so I selected screen cracked.
Will they reject saying condition did not match ? Any one has any experience?

So a cracked screen S21 that powers on has a tendency value of $425 it seems? Is anyone here traded in cracked screen ones and got the full amount without any issues?

I identified mine as cracked (they were) but got the full $480 trade in value on two different phones.

Hello, it seems the offer need port-in a number? What is the easiest way to get a number to port in?
Or can I port-in my primary number using a single account now and after a few days join an unlimited family plan with $20 per month?

Get a free Google Voice number for the Google account that will be used to order the phone. Porting from GV is free, seamless, takes about a minute at activation.
