I only activated it this afternoon, it just arrived today, so is it normal for it to look like this in the account? Will it be updated at some point then?
It might not get registered in Fi Savings as activated because like me your purchased the phone right away without giving the system enough time to register you as a customer

Don't worry yet. Give it a few days like hpham_53 said. I would probably wait until Monday or Tuesday and if it doesnt update contact support. To save time and not have to contact chat multiple times, when the rep tells you its fine and to give it time, ask to escalate to a supervisor or specialist team - they will then follow up by email

Important - dont activate the Fi sim in another phone and dont activate a different Fi sim in the new phone

Checked mine at 6AM Central Time today and it had changed to "Stayed active on Fi for 30 days in a row". So maybe a line completing the terms is updated at midnight (CA time). The $500 discount isn't (yet) shown in the Earned column though.

Did the same exact thing you did. Now after countless chats and calls to customer service. Status finally set in order. 9 more days for me to complete my deal.

Checked again at 8AM Central and the In Progress checklist had been removed. The $500 Promo is now listed under Earned column.

I have a new iPhone11 coming next week from Tracfone (got it FREE with my TF Rewards points). I will place another 30-day S22 order when I receive the iPhone11 and start over again. I have enough Fi credit to cover the 1 month of service.

It dropped from $335 down to $310. Still enough to cover the cost of the S22. I don't use iPhones, so might as well trade them in for S22 to use or sell.

I'm thinking I should wait a day or two before pausing service. Probably not necessary but just to be safe

Whats funny is with iPhone - people sell the empty box on eBay for $5 + $6 shipping

That's funny. I have several new iPhone11 boxes with inserts, cables, etc because when I sold the phones or traded them in the other party only wanted the phones and nothing else.

Does anybody know if the shared credit stays if you pause the line that got the credit originally, on a group plan? Can you even pause individual lines without pausing the whole group plan?
