Price comes out to ~$6.09 per test. Looking at my email this pack was this price around Prime Day from last October as well, but it's cheaper than the usual $18 price.

You can attempt to get these reimbursed with your insurance, but some find it's not worth the effort.

YMMV on how insurances are handling it and how easy it is to get reimbursed. For Blue Shield of CA, You fill out an online form.
