Is this the type of SSD that slows down when the cache gets full? I regularly transfer around 50gb at a time and with my previous SSD it would slow down around 30gb.
Are these ssds the same type of drives as NVME ones or are they something completely proprietary and different design?
I'm curious if anyone thinks 1tb SSDs will ever go below $50.
Wondering how well this compares in performance to an NVME 1tb ssd running in an external enclosure.( but doing that will run around $78 minimum),
and also wondering how it compares to the better Samsung T7 external that went on sale last week for $80, but now $90.

Agreed, it's 2022 and going into 2023... These should be banned and discontinued
