People going through with this when the promo disappears from the cart have never dealt with Visible before. IT's hard enough to get promos when it does show. I believe they are being sued for it.

Hm. This was odd. I got the payment problem after submitting my Amex Safekey. So I tried it again, submitted my order, and submitted my Amex Safekey. The page reloaded with an empty cart just staring at me. I didn't receive any order confirmation email. Is there a page where I can check order status?
