People going through with this when the promo disappears from the cart have never dealt with Visible before. IT's hard enough to get promos when it does show. I believe they are being sued for it.

That is my intention. They don't have a choice about unlocking after 60 days. The Apple activation servers will definitely create an entry based on SIM activation inside the device. Clearly they've changed a few things but it does not seem as obnoxious as Boost or Metro marrying SIM to phone.

I think things may have changed. Now the wiki for this thread says "2 months of paid service required for unlock- you must leave Visible SIM in the phone for full 60 days for unlock. Visible does daily IMEI checks to count eligible service days."
