Not sure this is a slick deal though, as I paid $119 for the LV67 around this time last year.
Want to get a second for myself to replace my arc3

Picked it up Black Friday 2021 for
Item(s) Subtotal: $119.99
Shipping & Handling: $0.00
Amex 15% off: -$14.06
Total before tax: $105.93
Doesn't have the timer and only one power mode (battery saving one where it adjusts the power according to the thickness/length of your hair).
So not as feature "rich" as the previous shiny model.

TLDR: lv65 and lv67 are the same except for visual upgrades. They are both technically, in terms of shaving and blades, gen 2.
My first panny shaver lasted 10yrs, my 2nd one is around the same, this will be my 3rd. What usually goes bad is the battery... After around 10yr mark for me with very light 2min daily shaving and I never replace the blades.
Regarding the v67, the case in this one is just a cloth bag. Not very protective. Too bad it wasn't hard shell. I do like the better grip on this model. The 16D pivoting is better or worse depending on some things - say some reviewers.
Regarding comparing to 2021 Black Friday prices, that's not always fair. We suffer from the 2022 Inflation-Dollar. Electronics (TVs, etc.) are generally less affected by it, as a result of electronics being constantly upgraded (better-faster). For this and other non-electronic items, paying 10% more one year later isn't too much of a surprise. Manufacturers aren't getting the same dollar value back either. Panasonic probably won more with that $95 BF 2021 deal in terms of dollar value, now considering freight cost, wages, etc. This isn't 2021 or 2020. Dollar doesn't buy the same as a result of many intentional reasons. BF 2023 could have higher or lower prices, depending how everything evolves.
