Damn, I just bought this at $60 the other day and Amazon doesn't do price correction unless you get a really nice customer service agent.

Not a fan of the shape. You can get carbon steel with curved sloping sides which is much better for flipping stuff around

Great pan, but make sure you spend time learning how to properly season and maintain it. If you aren't willing to do a little upkeep then this is not the product for you. However, when properly maintained and used correctly these pans are really superb.

Thanks! Shame the 9.5" is NLA. I got the 12 5/8" and the 8 5/8". Just got the 11" and change but was hoping for something closer to 10". These pans are excellent for steak.

Same here. The 10" would've been great. I had just ordered some Made-In CS pans but looking at reviews, this was an insta-buy and will be returning the Made-In as soon as they arrive.
