Also a cheap option for a dark attic space. Hang them on rafters etc. for nice bright lights throughout. If you want a dance party instead of warm white while in the attic, I won't judge.

It says "must combine two ropes of 48ft for normal use" it doesn't say anything about ability to add more than two. Also, power adapter is not waterproof. How can this be outdoor if it's not waterproof?

According to reviews, you have to combine 2 ropes to achieve the 96ft, with a max of 2 ropes per plug. I was hoping I could combine more to go around the fence, but looks like that isn't a possibility.

Amazon review by "kh" mentions the power plug not being waterproof. They also mention the bulbs should only be hung downward, unlike the built-in bulb clips suggest.

Thanks! In for 1! As reviews has stated, not completely waterproof however, for the bulbs, simply wrap the threads in PTFE tape and try to make sure they're angled downwards. The plug not being waterproof can be fixed with a waterproof box. Also make note these are about 3ft between each bulb. I LOVE all my Govee products, so good value for me! 👍

Water resistant and waterproof are very different, these can withstand weather, but not sprays, immersion, or water hitting them at the wrong angle. They will work fine outside as long as you follow the proper placement instructions.

I bought this a few months ago for my new built back Patio. Yeah it's a bulb every 3 ft. No complaints here with brightness. Easy to use app with tons of customization.
