Was wondering the same but ordered them anyways earlier this morning. As long as they're not flimsy / crack or leak - we should be good. Otherwise back it goes to the store.

How do u clean these things properly to kill the mold that forms over time? Just rinsing does nothing. I've had to retire one that I've used vinegar then bleach on.

I have the HoMedics humidifier with the UV light and I'm already starting to see some stuff in the vaporizer tube. At this point I'm ready to just invest in a steam kettle or something.

Diluted vinegar is all you need. They recommend you clean it with it every week.

They're a budget brand sold at big box stores. They've been around since I was a kid and seem to be pretty popular. I haven't used this particular one, though.

I had my brother order these for me after seeing this 2 pack when the bigger Costco BF humidifier popped up.

I know this is a known brand, Bed, Bath, & Beyond sells this brand. We have a pack of those "demineralizer pills" from them.
It's just activated charcoal best I can tell.

Should work at the very least as well as just about any single unknown Amazon Chinese brand name humidifier you could get for the same general price as this 2-pack.

No experience with this brand/model, but the ultrasonic humidifiers get mineral dust everywhere. I've switched to the evaporative type which require a little more maintenance but don't cover your house in white dust. Could depend on your water hardness.

I bought and returned these. They grew pink mold in the center tube, couldn't reach that area to clean even after buying several different brushes.
