Hi,
I just got my Hisense - 75" Class A6 Series LED 4K delivered; hooked up the stand and powered it up only to see a screen that looks damaged.
Is there any advice on how to handle this? Obviously we were very careful while handling TV to affix the legs but looking for best ways to take this forward so it is quick and painless. Kids were so looking forward to it

Finally rented a u-haul and got the TV and the TCL 75 is beautiful! Kids saw their first holiday season movie on the TV and _LOVED_ it.
Fairly impressed with BestBuy taking away the first dead TV very painlessly and then also having the TCL 75" in stock for an impressively low price that I could snag.
Thank you for the support/advise here, folks!
