You sound like an amazing father in law. I'm not ashamed to admit I'm jealous. Enjoy as much time with your family while you can. I lost my mom last year to Parkinson's. I gave up college and a career to take care of her because she required 24/7 care and it was clear that nobody else was able or willing to give her proper care. I find myself in my 30's now w/my most significant experience, being a caretaker, being of no use or interest to any sort of career path, and no degree to fix that to begin with. It's very weird starting at square 1 in your 30's w/no idea where you're going and a decade worth of neglected self care needs that we're sideline for my mom, but as hard as it is and as thankless as it was and remains…I'm glad I got to spend time with my mom in a way nobody will ever get to now. She was an amazing woman. Anyway rant aside, spend time with your family, life is too short and these diseases are infinitely worse than we think they are, you simply can't capture the horror on tv or movies, the only answer is to spend time together like tomorrow isn't guaranteed.

I didn't see it on the floor when I went to look. I would assume it's similar to the Craftsman 2000 line in comparison? I opted for one from Home Depot that was the same size but instead 24" depth and free shipping to my door. That was about $60 more for me after discounts.

How's this compare to the harbor freight Yukon tool bench? Same size. Look extremely similar. I have a 25% off unique code they send me
Monthly and been wanting to grab one for about $315 but I don't think they have stock currently.

I saw it in store today and it's a solid option…the drawers roll out nicely and offered variety in terms of depth. The metal didn't seem thin or easily dented. I personally liked the outlets on the side. I would have purchased had I not just found a used one on Offerup.

How would one install a vise onto this? Drilling holes for the bolts doesn't seem like a good option. Clamp on vise?

Just picked mine up today from Lowes curbside. Pretty damn heavy. Seems good quality. The caster wheels are no joke. Pretty me know if any questions.
