I just got the M2 recently from Target price matching Amazon for $729 earlier this month. A really sketchy rumor was the M2 might get an exclusive version of Mac running on it, I included the link from a really popular Canadian tech site for an FYI:

https://mobilesyrup.com/2022/10/2...-pro-2023/

Should I return my M2 and downgrade to the M1 to save about $179 in the process? The M2 only really offers me the better hover pen feature, Wi-Fi 6E, better software support, and smaller gains in performance over the the current M1.

Honestly, I rather save the $, but wanted to get perspective on this? Thanks!
What are you using it for?

Its app on your phone called CashApp
This 10% off was YMMV, as I did not have it in my boost list, but did have 5% off Homedepot.

Is this a good deal for the 256? Ty
Yes. Replied to another comment:

The 256 GB is at parity, if not a little cheaper, than the recent 256 GB 5th Gen iPad Air sales, if you include the 5% RedCard discount.

You're getting a M1 Pro at a M1 Air price that's on sale.

Exactly, I searched around all the cashback sites and could not find anything even close to 10%. Thanks!

If you've grown accustomed to the 120hz screens of recent iPhone Pro models, then you'll probably want ProMotion on your iPad, or else it'll feel jarring switching between the two devices. If you haven't or genuinely don't notice/care, then save the scratch - these are already wildly overpowered for almost all use cases
This is exactly why I ended up ordering the iPad Pro from this deal. I upgraded to the 14Pro and it ruined 60Hz displays for me. I had bought the iPad air for $349 from the Walmart sale earlier, but the jarring effect is very easily noticeable now. I am giving it away as a gift to my immediate family, so it is still a good buy for me.

I just pulled the trigger and bought the iPad Pro as a gift for my wife, because apparently I hate money.

The pencil hack is no longer available because it's out of stock.

I know nothing about iPads (Android guy). Is the Logitech Combo Touch for $159 a good deal/option for accessories? I know we will at minimum need a case and was looking for a little advice from Apple people.

Also, I know she's going to need an Apple Pencil. There was a FP deal for $89 a couple days ago. Are there other alternatives out there with equal quality but better value?

Appreciate any and all help/advice.
I got this case Keyboard Case for iPad Pro 11 inch,iPad Air 5th 4th Generation Case with Keyboard - Touch Trackpad -10 Color Backlight -360° Protective with Apple Pencil Holder for iPad Pro 11 inch 3rd /2nd/1st Gen https://a.co/d/6Wc4tc7

I have a similar one for the air I bought last week and am returning and I like it. It's heavy but I like the sturdiness and rotation.

I got this stylus and it worked well with the air. StylusHome Wireless Charging Stylus Pen for iPad, Active Pencil with Magnetic Adsorption, Compatible with Apple iPad Pro 12.9/11 in, iPad Air 5th/4th Gen, iPad Mini 6th Gen for Precise Writing/Drawing https://a.co/d/hItjnPJ

Same. Around Veterans Day I was able to pick up the new iPad Air 5th gen 64GB in blue for $399 with no tax at AAFES since I'm active duty military. My current Air 3rd gen 64GB is now out of storage. I should probably return the Air 5th gen one and get this one. However, this Pro is now a year old. Decisions, decisions. What would you guys do in this situation?
Ipad pro M1 at this price is a great deal no matter if year old or not

I need an iPad next school year for my college going son. Is this good deal or should I wait as electronics only go down ? What model will be good for taking notes, streaming videos and browsing?

This one should be more than enough.

For the price this model is almost out of stock everywhere but you may get similar price for the new model next year
