Seems like a good deal, I bought the Vari one though for 200 bucks and it has a splittop and seems to have better reviews. But now doubting the deal since this one is $40 less

They are ok. Typically the top is low end wood. Lightweight for transport. But as long you don't go crazy on it, it'll be fine.

If your gonna get one of these cheap ones, get one with 2 motors and you'll probably be happier. Mines been okay for a couple of years after a 2 single motor desks didn't even last 6 weeks.
