For clarity, the Compustar CS4905S does include 2 remotes with it but one is 2 way and other is 1 way. The CS4905S kit that includes the Drone module only comes with a single remote. If you've ordered the regular CS4905S kit without the Drone module, you will be getting two remotes.

Anyone know what happens if you place the order and schedule installation without adding the T-Harness to the cart? I am having trouble finding which one works (if there is one) for my 2022 Nissan Rogue. I have tried calling iDataStart and Best Buy and have had virtually no luck getting anyone on the phone. With iDataStart I just stay on hold...with Best Buy I call my closest store, but it takes me to corporate. They gave me a number to the installation department, but it just went straight to a voicemail with no greeting.

It might be ADS-THR-N13
It is a Rogue S (Not Sport) and it is push to start. From looking at various websites it looks like the NI3 does not work for Rogues past 2020, but I cannot find another option. It really has been amazing how difficult it has been today to get someone on the phone.

My understanding is a one-way just sends the signal to the car. Two-way sends the signal and the receiver in the car sends a signal back to the remote notifying you that it received the signal. Two-way is more reliable because you know the car actually got the signal to start, where with one-way you don't know for sure.

1 way just sends a signal to the car. 2 way sends a signal back to let you know the car has started.

The difference between this and the compustar is it has DOUBLE the range 6000ft vs 3000ft. Also it comes with 2. 2 way remotes instead of 1. 2way and 1 one way remote with the compustar. The longer the range the better because they don't go anywhere near the distance they advertise.

So the question is do you want to have the extra range and the 2 2way remotes in case one gets lost or broken?

I personally cancelled my compustar and got the idatastart instead.

Now it's up to you to decide which one fits you best.

When you call a store ask for the AUTO TECH. It's a different department. They are with the geek squad

Not all Best Buys do installation.

Try this. It might not be up to date but it will give you an idea of which places in your area that may have appointments still.

Then you call those places and see if they still have those appointments available
