You're right the battery is not HP but I'm not sure if they have the dual charger kit with an HP battery this year. The quick charger works pretty quick for my 4.0 battery so dual fast charger seemed a good deal for $70.

The PCG005 charger does feature simultaneous charging of two batteries, but not simultaneous FAST charging. It charges one battery at 4A (fast rate) or two batteries simultaneously at 2A each (regular rate).
