I own one of these and at this price, it has to be pretty close to cost. This is the brushed version, so it's not a rocket, but it's very well built and you can always upgrade to brushless later. I put a 3s brushless in mine and it screams. Leagendary has parts for repair and upgrade, and it is the same platform and parts as

This thing is MUCH bigger and includes 5200mah lipo. $97 is a great deal and judging by the size of the tire on the rear I would guess this thing is around 1:10 scale

All things considered this seems like a normal range of price movement, especially on Amazon
Also with these chinese ones, replacement parts are 1/3-1/4 the price even if you do have to order them

The good being that it is cheap, got the size and every component a "hobby" grade RC would have. However, at less than $100, you are looking at a toy grade RC that runs on LiPo, which means parts are probably low quality and replacement are not going to be found or at reasonable prices. 2nd, the fact that it runs on LiPo requires user to know a bit of safety on these battery as it could be dangerous and cause fire hazard if not treated properly, which is a bit countering it being a toy grade RC.
None the less, if you are willing to learn & provide the necessary caution/supervision on dealing with LiPo battery this can still be a fun toy for short term (as something will probably break and you won't be able to fix it easily.....)
