I received this TV today Dec 06

Delivery: I signed up for text notifications. They sent a text each step of the delivery.

It arrived on a large box truck. It was carried to my porch by 2 delivery drivers. No signature required.
The TV in the box is fairly heavy. You will need another individual to help carry it.

The box has 3 nylon ties straps around it.

The box does not need to be cut. Once the straps are removed simply lift the box up from its base the TV is in.

The legs on this are solid metal with rubber footing across it so it won't scratch wood.

The legs can be mounted in two locations depending on how you want it setup.
If you want a narrow setup, the legs can mount to the inside mounts. The spacing between the legs in this setup is spaced at exactly 24 inches.
I did not set it up with the legs on the outer brackets. But the out brackets are likely pushing 67". The outer brackets can be mounted at a higher point or lower point to give room for a soundbar underneath the TV. The inner brackets do not have this option.
The TV took about 20 minutes to setup, with our Gmail account.

It has a beautiful picture. Not as clear and deep and clear as our LG C2 65". But it still much much better than the TCL 4 series 75" we upgraded from.
Our firecube recognized everything immediately and setup the controls for the TV.
It does have a shiny screen VS matte.

Overall I think it has a beautiful picture. I am glad I didn't spend the extra $1000+ on a OLED 77"

Mine arrived today and the shipping box is punctured on the panel side. I also purchased the 65 A80J, so one of them was most likely going to be returned anyway, but I probably won't even bother taking this thing out of the box due to the puncture wound.
I ordered two of the 75 in. One of them I think I'm supposed to get 5% back on my Chase, and the other one is on my AmEx that has a hassle free credit card warranty. Which one should I keep?

I am not picky, I'll take whichever one you don't want… I'm nice like that.

If your chase is a signature (or better card) it may give you an extra year of warranty as well.

Anyone else wondering where they are getting these televisions from? in stock, then out of stock, then in stock, etc.
Probably because they're releasing them in batches to keep people interested… But now that the price has been reverted back to the regular price I am sure the deal over for good.

Nobody can seem to answer how this tv compares to an lg A1.
A1 is OLED so it will be better (assuming equal screen size). However, you may or may not see enough of a difference depending on your lighting, content usage, etc.. though you will definately see some improvement it may not be significant to you… then again you might be blown away.

Go down to your local Bestbuy and view a OLED and a highend QLED side by side and that should tell you alot, as they both should be running demo mode with best settings. OLED Will almost definitely look better… But by how much only you can say.

Anyone got a shipment confirmation? Mine still shows preparing and when I had a chat with walmart rep they said this TV is on backorder.

Not sure if they are actually going to fulfill it or cancel the orders.

I had ordered on 27th right when the deal went live.

ESTES just delivered as estimated. The good part is, it is the right TV and no visible damage to box. Haven't opened it yet.

Just be careful as they just left the TV on my driveway and left. No notification or didn't even ring the bell. If it wasn't for the truck noise, and me working from home, wouldn't have noticed.

I bought one. It's coming via freight.

I contacted customer support via chat. Minimum freight charge is $7.99.. But the freight handling charge varies depending on where it's coming from

They assured me that when I get an email from the freight company that has the freight handling charge, if it's too expensive of a charge, I can cancel with no penalty.
I wasn't even thinking that this would be shipped from someone besides Walmart.

I just looked and, and it says Freight Shipping from Shippensburg, PA via Pilot.

Should I be concerned with this carrier?

Same here. I think its coming from Walmart distribution center and Pilot is just a preferred freight service. I won't be concerned. Its still sold by Walmart.

I'm more concerned with the delivery person dumping it on my sidewalk and leaving. Gated front door, apartment. It should be fun getting it up to the second floor.

Hopefully I see them drop it off, so I can offer them some cash to help me get it upstairs.

I already asked Walmart to deliver it to a nearby Walmart and they said no go.

It's one of the reasons I was leaning towards a Samsung, so I could pay for the white glove service.

Well hopefully they give me 5% back. Somebody here said to order with a Chase signature card and so I did

Purchased yesterday morning. Mine shipped about an hour ago. Coming from good old Pennsylvania.

Arrives December 9th. Pilot is the shipping company.
