Finally a PC deal that is not loaded with a last generation cpu and ram ! This seems to be an excellent PC — except it's not customizable . I'd like to upgrade power from 800w to 1000w for less than $100 in case I want to upgrade video card later — the next Gen of Nvidia cards needs 1000w and who knows what then new AMD cards will require. Also I'd like a choice of cases

For comparison, I bought a pre-built system with 5600x and 3080 for $1600 a year ago.

A year ago 3080 was priced at $1500, and stop comparing 7700X (8C/16T) to your 5600X (6C/12T) as they're in different price tiers. Your system doesn't have 32gb DDR5 either
