I don't have much problem with them usually, I have been buying phones from them for years. But when things go bad it gets really bad. There is no recourse to deal with them when things go south except to file complaints with you own credit card and hoping they can get your money back.
Make sure you keep a record of everything.
Also I have been flagged by them. Not sure what is the reason but all orders will look successful but they won't ever ship the items (phone or sim card). But they do charge for the item. You have to ask for them to do a manual refund. They also won't tell you why the item won't ship.
I like my phone, but my family coincidentally needs a new phone and new #.
Missed the $300 deal for the SE 2022, the last small iPhone without forced face unlock.
Will pass on this and wait for eventual 13 mini, the last small iPhone.
After that, if the next SE is the 11, I think I might pull a Phil Schiller and quietly hop off the platform.
