Since it's an activate deal. What is the process to get that deal and cancel the plan I activate on? I don't need a new line on post paid, I'm on mint for 6 months. Just need an unlocked phone. Do I activate and then go home and cancel it immediately or wait till I get phone in hand and call the carrier? Will there be a fee to cancel even though I didn't use the plan?
