That set is their budget set, which are all made in India from what the employee said. The 4 star is their mid tier, made in Germany. You can usually tell by the logo.

the Pro or Pro S are better knives, granted not by much if any. It really comes down to handle preference since essentially these three lines use the same blades
why are they "better" if the blades are exactly the same?? asking because i'll get the 4-star if it costs less but is essentially the same.

Blade steel is supposed to be exactly the same. But the design on these newer ones is slightly different near the bolster area. Otherwise, handle is the only difference.
TLDR Zwilling Pro, Four Star, and twin Four Star II all have the same forged German SS, same 15 degree angle per side with a steel hardness of 57. Where they differ is that Pro has ABS handle, Four Star Polypropylene, Twin Four Star II Polypropylene w/ SS caps. The Pro has rounded butt ends while the other two have flat end butts. The pro has exposed rivets while the other have concealed ones. So frankly in terms of the blade itself there is zero difference but in terms of weight and feel it's more subjective but as the name would suggest the "Pro" line IMO fits my hand better and have a better feel and motion, but that's subjective. Honestly most forged knives are pretty equal for any armature at home chef but what it really comes down to is feel, aesthetics, and just maintaining (sharpening) your knives
I personally prefer the look of exposed rivets and not having end caps since I think it cheapens the look, but I want to reiterate that the blade on the Pro, Four Star, and Twin series are all the same. If you want slightly better German blade then the Wusthof Classic line will all have a sharper angle and harder blade but they tend to be a tad more expensive, tend to never be on sale, and when I say sharper and harder I would say marginally better in that most at home chef would never appreciate it
Anyone have an opinion on these Case knives. I have a few older ones which are very good and wondering if theese are the same quality. Getting as a gift and this appears to be a good set. https://www.ebay.com/itm/274000743700#rwid
This company doesn't allow honest reviews of their products. The quality is sub par and doing anything other than praising them on their reviews will get blocked. Never buy from these people. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Never again

Single man vs twin. There is a difference.
Knives are more than the blade. You also have to factor in ergonomics, balance and design.
